The rubber packing is assembled into the supper surface to prevent slippage. However, liquids such as water or oil left on the surface can decrease slippage prevention property. To contact kinds of acid chemicals, surface-active-agents, grease, etc would cause reduction of loss of normal property, such as strength, anti-slippage of plastic pallet.

The products made with polypropylene are to be used between -10℃~ 45℃ and, for Polyethylene, between -20℃~ 45℃. NPC products are made with thermoplastic resin and therefore it the pallets are placed near and open fire it can cause distortion or be ignited. Keep all parts away from the fire.

Any after-processing, such as drilling or cutting, may weaken the physical property or the pallet. Customers are advised not to perform any after-processing.

Although NPC is proud of using high quality materials to withstand seasonal changes, a long and direct exposure to ultraviolet rays from the direct sunlight will cause deterioration of its strength and hear-resistant property. Do not store the pallet under the direct sunlight for a long time.

Restrain from throwing stacked pallets from the truck or dragging them with the hooks. Such act may cause distortion or breakage.

Keep plastic pallet away from too high layers in storage, which would cause collapsing down by internal or external sources such as earthquake, strong wind, etc. You are required or take necessary action to keep plastic pallet away from such sources.

When stacked to a high level, make sure to stack the pallets on a leveled surface. Irregular stacking may cause the pallet to collapse.

cSudden start or stop and making a sharp curve may cause the stacked pallets to collapse. To prevent the pallets from falling, consider taking preventive measures such as suing ropes to tie-down the stacked pallets.
