We operate multiple state-of-the-art plastic box washing systems with a capacity of 1,000 boxes per hour and a drying efficiency of over 90%.
Our daily handling volume is approximately 9,000 boxes, and when 100% drying is required, we can process up to 3,000 boxes per day.
The cleaning sequence is as follows:
Step 1: Pre-wash and soaking
Step 2: Main wash using detergent and hot water
Step 3: High-pressure rinse with fresh water
Step 4: Dewatering process using turbo blowers (3HP, 30 units)
Step 5: Drying process with hot air at over 90°C

When needed, we come to you for on-site repair
We provide prompt on-site service at the time and place requested by the customer, offering light maintenance for logistics equipment as well as customized engineering services based on an assessment of the operating environment.
For plastic logistics equipment, we replace and assemble damaged parts and consumables. For steel logistics equipment, we provide reinforcement welding and correction for
cracked or damaged areas, replacement of consumables, and partial repainting services.
Depending on the extent of the damage, we conduct simplified structural strength and operational diagnostics on site. If on-site repair is not feasible, we support return and

Our multi-recognition QR code system assigns each asset a unique serial number and QR code, enabling real-time tracking of its entire movement history.
By simply scanning the code at each site—such as domestic and overseas logistics centers, customer locations, and end-user destinations—you can instantly check the
asset’s current location and usage history.
Because the system is cloud-based, it can be accessed in real time from anywhere in the world. Real-time data synchronization enables intuitive and efficient asset
management.
Rental assets automatically managed through return and retrieval
We systematically manage individual assets by building a database of inbound and outbound records at each location.
In addition to movement history, the system automatically tracks scheduled return dates and retrieval status.
For assets that have not yet been retrieved, we identify their locations in real time and manage retrieval targets and schedules to optimize lead time and improve
operational efficiency.
Leveraging asset history management, we also monitor re-export/import periods and track asset turnover cycles by location, enabling focused tracking and management of
non-returned assets
