Calculation Method of Container Load Capacity
The Strength on NPC Products was calculated within a certain range according to manufacturer’s normal usage. The user must be cautions of excessive storage or loading since it may cause the containers to collapse. The user must not load the containers exceeding its maximum load capacity
Do not use for and other purposes except for storage and transportation.
Unexpected accidents can happen if used for any other purposes than intended use.
Keep all the parts away from the fire.
NAP products are made with thermoplastic resins and therefore if the containers are placed near the fire, if can cause distortion or start fire it is combustible.
Customers must not try to do their own after processing.
It is possible to weaken the physical property if any after processing is done by the customers, such as cutting or drilling holes.
Do not store the containers under the direct sun for long periods of time.
Although NPC is proud to use high quality materials to withstand seasonal changes, long exposure to ultraviolet rays from the direct sunlight will cause deterioration of strength and heat resistance property.
Related to temperature.
The product made with Polypropylene are to be used between -10℃~45℃ Celsius and for Polypropylene to be used between -20℃~45℃ Celsius.
We are concerned that at higher temperature the items can be distorted and at lower temperature damage can be caused by reduced durability.
Do not apply excessive impact.
Restrain from throwing stacked goods from the truck or dragging with the hooks for it may cause distortion or breakage of the containers.
Do not stack irregularly.
When stacking to high levels, make sure tit stack the crates on leveled surface. Irregular stacking may cause collapsing of the containers.
Dimensional stability.
Dimension of plastic container would hold tolerance according to conditions of plasticizing, temperature and times, etc unlike the dimensions stated on catalog. Should you need limited tolerance of dimensions in accordance of your particular purpose, contact us first for consultation.
Wash the contaminated containers using neutral detergent under the running water and wash off the detergents completely..

EX> Nylons can easily be corroded by using acids.
Avoid using mineral oil for cutting and grinding.
Avoid using mineral oils for corrosion caused by them may cause variation and self-distortion. Wipe off any excess mineral oil.
The dimension and weight may differ from the indicated measurements depending on the temperature and casting conditions.

Sudden start, sudden stop and making a sharp curve may cause the containers to collapse. To prevent the containers from falling, consider taking preventive measures such as using ropes to hold the stacked goods.

Caution for Static electricity.
Plastic container could hold static electricity in dry condition, which would cause attachment of dust, waste gas, durts, etc. Keep plastic container as clean as possible, especially for containing food, garments, etc that contact human bodies directly or indirectly.
Read all instructions, when provided with the product and follow the instruction carefully for operation procedure.
Stop using the containers if and when the item or its parts are damaged or distorted.
Always use the steel parts and casters designated by NPC.
Check the assembling conditions carefully before using collapsible containers and pallets.
Incomplete assembling may cause damages and collapsing of the goods.
The stacked containers may collapse during loading and unloading. Use gloves and safety helmet for your safety during transportation of stacked containers,
